To be New Zealand’s leading professional project management organisation, delivering exceptional value to members and partners.
PMINZ is guided by five core values:
The PMINZ Board defines the organisation’s strategic direction through a three-year roadmap and an annual action plan. Read the Strategic Plan here.
The Board is comprised of elected directors who oversee governance and set the organisation’s future direction. The Board brings ideas and energy to influence and drive strategic goals, ensuring PMINZ’s mission is carried out effectively and that the organisation meets the evolving needs of its members and partners. Learn more about the Board of Directors here.
The Leadership Team includes both paid part-time staff and volunteers who manage the day-to-day operations of the organisation. Working closely with the Board, they play a key role in delivering PMINZ’s strategic plan and supporting Branch and Special Interest Group activities.
The PMINZ Constitution outlines the rules and procedures governing the organisation, including financial management, meetings, membership, elections, and board responsibilities.
Read the 2025 Constitution here.
The AGM is an annual gathering where the Board and members review PMINZ’s progress, financials, and future plans.
