Authorised Training Partner (ATP's)

The PMI licensed Authorised Training Partner (ATP) replaced the Registered Education Provider (REP) programme at the start of 2021.

What is an Authorized Training Provider?
PMI Authorized Training Partners are organizations that have approved to offer:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification exam prep for the new exam.
  • Disciplined agile training.

Why Train with an Authorized Partner?
To earn the PMI Authorized Training Partner designation, a provider must meet rigorous standards for quality and effectiveness.

The new PMI Authorized Training Partner Programme is designed to help you find high-quality training. Training with an Authorized Partner will ensure you are trained:

  • By an organization, you can trust
  • With high-quality PMI-developed course content
  • By PMI-approved and -vetted instructor.

This is especially important when preparing for the PMP® exam. All PMI Authorized Training Partner instructors who teach PMP exam prep course content are required to complete the PMI Authorized Training Partner Train the Trainer – PMP Exam Prep® program and use PMI-developed training course content.

Look for the Official Seal
Training with an Authorized Training Partner is the only way to ensure you are learning with PMI-developed exam prep material and learning from a PMI-vetted instructor. Look for the official clickable digital seal on our partner’s websites to verify the authenticity of the Authorized Training Partner.

How to find a New Zealand based ATP
There are six Authorised Training Partners (ATP’s) in New Zealand who can provide excellent training for PMP and/or DA certifications.
