What we are looking for:

Due to growth, we’re on the lookout for another Senior Project Manager to join our Project Management team.

We believe our best work comes from creative teams and you will be working alongside our Business Analysts, UX consultants and development teams. You will be refining and pioneering unique IP to guide our customers on a road map to success through technology, design and consultation via a human-centred approach.

We’re particularly interested in candidates who are highly flexible and adaptable, with a strong interest in AI technologies. You’ll be working in a rapidly evolving landscape where AI is transforming how we deliver projects, and we need someone who is excited about both leveraging AI for productivity gains and experimenting with AI solutions to deliver innovative software projects for our clients.

With a learning mindset and a highly collaborative approach, you will effectively manage people, resources, processes, risks, and client relationships to deliver technology development projects to meet enterprise client outcomes. You will work with Sales on the elaboration and progression of opportunities to become successful business for Enlighten Designs, while providing leadership within the delivery team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Partnering with sales to scope, quote, and close opportunities
• Delivering a seamless project management experience for enterprise clients
• Driving high value project results through engaging communication
• Administration of project budget and timeframes
• Providing leadership and mentorship to Project Managers within the delivery team
• Contributing to continuous improvement of project methodology and processes

Ideally you will have:

• Minimum 8 years previous experience managing and delivering successful projects across various industries and multiple technologies within medium to enterprise sized organisations
• Strong personal communication, both written and verbal, with proven experience presenting to executive audience
• Expectation management in a software development space for enterprise clients
• Budget management, both time and $ for complex projects
• Risk management and identification across multiple project portfolios
• Understanding of technical challenges, particularly in software, and being able to communicate these back to client stakeholders at all levels
• Stakeholder management across enterprise environments
• Understanding of and/or previous experience in the data, web and software industry
• Experience in leading successful project teams, demonstrable skills in facilitation of project rituals and cadences with clients and teams
• The ability to work across several complex projects at the same time
• Be comfortable in a vendor environment that bills for its time
• High adaptability and flexibility in approach to project delivery and client requirements
• Strong interest in AI technologies with experience or enthusiasm for using AI tools for productivity enhancement
• Forward-thinking mindset with willingness to experiment with AI solutions in software project delivery
