We’re seeking a skilled Corridor Access Officer to join our Roading team in a role that offers diverse project experience and meaningful impact on our community.
About the role:
As Corridor Access Officer, you’ll be responsible for managing all activities within our road reserve, including:
Overseeing infrastructure projects and utilities maintenance
Coordinating temporary traffic management
Providing expert advice on roading matters for LIM reports and
building consents
Managing key operational systems
Collaborating with contractors, utility companies, and council
departments
What You’ll Bring:
Experience in roading, construction and maintenance, or
relevant trade background
Knowledge of the National Code of Practice for Utility Operators
Access to Transport Corridors
STMS AB NP or P qualification with experience in designing
and implementing Traffic Management Plans (or unit standards
31962, 31963 or TTMP qualification)
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Ability to work effectively with NZTA, Council teams and
community groups
