PMINZ Christchurch Branch September Event – Happiness in Projects
Would you like to increase happiness in your projects?
During our disruptive times, project managers need every power skill to engage project teams and ensure that resilience does not lead to burnout. Emotional intelligence helps us leverage our emotions to connect with others to ensure better results and happiness in projects. Emotional intelligence is not something we are born with, but the good news is that it is something we can develop. Come and learn how you can improve your self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management to increase the happiness in your projects.
Presenter: Marie-Louise Barry, Senior lecturer in project management, ARA Institute of Technology.
