PMINZ BoP is a diverse group of engaged professionals working with projects across several industries and government in the Bay of Plenty area. We have in common the will of learning and share knowledge about Project Management and the passion for driving the projects we are part of. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you. About
PMI members at this branch meet every two months, on the last Thursday of January, March, May, July, September and November of each year. The events usually start at 5.30pm with networking and refreshments, followed by branch announcements and a presentation on a project management topic at 6pm.
The events are held in different locations each time, generally our members’ workplaces. Check the events section for details.

We are looking for volunteers!
We are keen to hear from PMI New Zealand members who can contribute to the PMI BoP branch. We have great plans, but we need help to make everything happen. We are particularly seeking volunteers who can help with:
-Assisting in setting up the bi-monthly events
-Selecting presenters or site visits for the professional development and networking events;
-Setting up additional professional development sessions (breakfast or lunchtime talks, networking events for new project managers, etc.)
If you are based in the Bay of Plenty area and are looking for an opportunity to expand your network in the Project Management world, don’t be afraid of getting in touch.
