An induction and networking evening will be held prior to PMDoS and an information pack will be provided to you in advance, including a fact sheet of your allocated charities initiative.

• Ensure you will definitely be able to attend and have manager approval if required.
• Payment of the registration fees (details TBC once confirmed)
• Agree to a consultant Statement of Commitment.
• Deliver your client the artefacts that will support their goals and advance their endeavours to the next level.
The registration cost covers the cost of all meals and refreshments for the full day. Please approach your employer who may be able to reimburse the registration cost.

Once you have been told about the organisation you will be working for you can start to review their Initiative Statement to learn about the issues they are facing. Research the organisation and/or have a conference call/coffee with them before the event to get started on your ideas.
An in-person training and networking event will be held prior to the event. Confirmed attendees will be emailed all relevant details.
