Team building – Lessons from kindergarten

Team building is often an overlooked process, frequently given lip service and rarely given time. In work environments that are highly technical, team building processes are often non-existent. Organisations often overlook the fact that teams exist on multiple levels and team building processes need to occur at all of these levels. Lack of team building frequently results in unnecessary conflicts, inconsistent engagement, focus on individual short-term interest at the expense of the organisation resulting in the project failing to deliver to intended targets. The cure - kindergarten skills. This video presentation will identify critical kindergarten skills for team building and to motivate participants to implement team building processes.
