This presentation will do one of two things to you, hopefully. It’ll either confirm your wish to become a consultant or it will confirm the fact that you have no desire to become a consultant. Either way, this presentation will outline the requirements and capabilities to become a successful consultant in the area of project, programme and portfolio management. The presentation will also outline some tips, tricks and traps to ensure that if consulting is for you, that you do so with your eyes wide open.
Youssef is a member of the Wellington Chapter for over 15 years. He’s worked and consulted in our world of project, programme and portfolio management P3M for 30 years in Australia, the UK, Europe and for the past 15 years in New Zealand. He is the Founder and Principal Consultant at Nonsuch Consulting which delivers consulting in P3M to organisations all over New Zealand. He is also a Gateway Reviewer and a member of Treasury’s Better Business Case Working Group. He is a father to three children under 17 and enjoys talking politics and fruit trees.
