We all claim to know what value is. The term is commonly used in everyday business speak however it seems to confuse many.
Value creation and value capture are critical elements towards becoming a high-performing organisation. Different types and elements of value offer more robust input into strategy as well as guiding higher outcomes from investments made. The presentation will introduce a value management framework for creating, capturing, and sustaining business value across any organisation.
Globally known for his expertise, Iain has over 30 years of global portfolio, program, and project experience from a variety of sectors. Today he is an author, speaker/trainer and professional director.
He has featured on live radio, video and podcasts and is often quoted in the print media including The Times and The Telegraph.
Iain is the author of the business book ‘The business of portfolio management – boosting organisational value’ that was published globally in mid-2017.
