Andrew will cover:
1. What the process for the development of a project manager at Tetra Pak is. What the career path looks like and what the attributes that make a good project manager in the Tetra Pak business are.
2. Have these attributes changed over time, and what does the new age project manager look like?
3. How the industry shaped Andrew and what has had the biggest impact on his development, including his time before, and at Tetra Pak.
Andrew has been with Tetra Pak for 12 years, and in the dairy industry for 34 years. In his career in the dairy industry he has been a factory operator (on the Bay Milk Products site at Edgecumbe, now Fonterra), Shift Lead, Special Projects Lead, Project Engineer, Project Manager, Contracts Manager, Leader of Project Groups, Key Account Manager and Coach.
He is a husband and father, an avid sportsperson, golfer, breeder, and owner of Thoroughbred race horses.

The Tetra Pak building is well marked and at that time of the night there will be ample room in the car park adjacent to the building. The (sealed) car park is on the right, just before the Tetra Pak building. The entrance is from the front of the building, and you will need to sign in at reception – please use the name Andrew Grafas to sign in.
The meeting room is adjacent to the foyer and a member of the PMINZ Waikato team will meet you in the foyer.
