PMI New Zealand (PMINZ) Chapter Members and Volunteers,
We would like to make you aware of the steps PMINZ is taking in response to current advice, and the growing concerns of our community to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
Currently, we are postponing member events and investigating options to provide virtual alternatives (online) and will keep you informed of progress.
We request that PMINZ volunteers and members avoid chapter-related member and committee meetings, mentoring sessions, study groups and public gatherings until further notice, instead please make use of available online tools for these.
We continue to monitor public health advice and will act accordingly under the guidance of the New Zealand Ministry of Health and PMI global.
Please stay up to date with Ministry of Health advice and make sure you are aware of how best to protect yourself and others.
This advice stresses good hygiene practices, self-isolating if you have returned from overseas in the last 14 days, as well as not attending work or other public events if unwell. Please refer to the Ministry of Health for further details and updates www.health.govt.nz/
