Michelle is a highly regarded project manager who is confident moving between the leadership of organisational change and ICT projects. She has extensive experience leading innovative projects and programmes within the ublic and rivate ector – to communicate change, reduce costs, improve efficiency, relocate staff and critical operational functions, advance sector collaboration and achieve business goals.
Michelle has led projects for a range of clients including Ministry of Education, New Zealand Police, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Social Development, Kiwibank, ACC and Telecom NZ (SPARK). She is a qualified practitioner of Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), PRINCE2 and change management (APMG, Prosci /ADKAR).
