There are many frameworks, methods, and tools published and available to us to help deliver our projects successfully, but these should support our experience as project managers, not define it.
Come along to our February event to hear Mike’s advice on what actions we can take can help us get the best out of our projects.
This talk is designed to give the experienced, the new, and the accidental project manager a few tips to make their lives that little bit easier.
Towards the end of the session, Mike will open the floor for others to share their advice as well.
Mike Roberts is a Consulting Partner with Millpond and Principal Trainer with Falcon Training. He has been helping clients achieve their project delivery goals over the past twelve years. Mike is passionate about relevant, tailored, and applicable project management, and more than happy to discuss the variety of approaches adopted across our profession.
Mike is a PMP and PMI-ACP certified practitioner and an active volunteer with PMINZ. When Mike isn’t being chased around by this three young daughters, most of his spare time is spent on the end of a hammer – building anything from houses to gardens. If you need any DIY advice, just let him know!
