Project success and PMO longevity factors

Why, in this age of disruption, project management is still a great career, and what new skills project professionals need to focus on to stay relevant. Nicola will share her experience that the University of Auckland’s Strategic Programme Office's eight years of experience has taught her about the drivers and factors that influence project success, and PMO longevity.

Nicola-Faithful

Nicola has been involved in projects for over 20 years and was a contract project manager for nearly ten years. Since 2014 she has led the University of Auckland’s Strategic Programme Office.
