Key learnings in delivering transformational programmes in the public sector

Guy-Thorpe

Guy Thorpe is the director of Valuekey. He has 20 years of delivery and consulting experience in project, programme, portfolio management, and setting up and running EPMOs. Guy has a background in delivering organisational capability uplifts in project, programme and portfolio management in the public sector as well as leading agile/design thinking transformation for private sector clients. Having spent 12 years in the United Kingdom and working in the London financial services market, he moved back to New Zealand in 2010.
