James is responsible for leading the PMINZ Board in its governance and strategic work to meet the aims and objectives of PMI New Zealand.
Tracy supports the PMINZ President in leading the PMINZ Board in its governance and strategic direction to meet the aims and objectives of PMINZ.
As Secretary, Brian has custody of the PMINZ Constitution and By-Laws. He is responsible for keeping records of all proceedings of PMINZ, the PMINZ Board, and the AGM.
Matt is responsible for all the fixed assets and financial records of PMINZ. He oversees all aspects of financial management, working closely with the Operations Manager, Board, and the treasurers in the regions.
Northen Branch Chair
Ashleigh is the leader of the Northern region which includes branches, Auckland, Northland, Waikato, and Bay of Plenty. As a member of the PMINZ Board, Ashleigh has a strategic role to play in representing the vision and purpose of PMINZ and of the region.
Central Branch Chair
Kosam is the leader of the Central region which includes branches, Wellington, Taranaki, Manawatu-Whanganui and Hawkes Bay. As a member of the PMINZ Board, the Kosam has a strategic role to play in representing the vision and purpose of PMINZ and of the region he represents.
South Island Branch Chair
Greg is the leader of the South Island region which includes branches, Christchurch, Dunedin, and Nelson. As a member of the PMINZ Board, Greg has a strategic role to play in representing the vision and purpose of PMINZ and of the region he represents.
Terina manages operational activity, oversees the portfolio strategy and volunteer group. She provides advice and support to the Board.
Laura is responsible for national sponsorship and sustainability, with a focus on building and nurturing relationships with external organisations. She is responsible for delivering the commercial strategic plan.
Director at larger - Conference sponser
Kevin has earned the position of Director at Large, having been the PMINZ Treasurer and 2016 Conference Convener. Kevin is responsible for the renowned Project Management Conference to be held in Auckland in September 2018.
Commercial and Relationships
In this role, Laura manages sponsorship, partnerships, marketing and relationships (including academic, government, and corporate). Laura provides guidance and support to the coordinators who coordinate these portfolios within their regions and branches.
Tania developed and implemented the national communications strategy. She advises on communications more to come here She provides guidance and support to the coordinators who manage and deliver communications within the regions and branches.
Rhys oversees all aspects of PMINZ membership, including attracting new and retaining exisiting members. He provides guidance and support to the membership coordinators who look after these portfolios within their regions and branches.
Tina von Pein
Tina is responsible for the Professional Development portfolio, providing guidance and support to the national management professional development team.
Pam heads the ICT requirements for the PMINZ, she is responsible for the deployment and integration of systems and provides advice on all ICT related matters.
