Attention: PMI NZ Chapter Members
The PMINZ constitution review committee (committee) was tasked by the board to review the current PMINZ constitution. This follows a review of the governance structure to allow better delivery of our strategic goals and to be more responsive and adaptive to environmental changes in the professional and business landscape.
The major changes from the current constitution include:
1. Everyone on the board will be a director. Each director will be allocated a role.
2. All sub-branches will become branches. There will be no overarching branch.
3. Term as a director increased to three-years instead of two
Please find in the following three documents, the current constitution, proposed constitution, and comparisons highlighting changes.
PMINZ members are invited to review the proposed amendments and provide feedback to the committee by 8 January 2019.
Voting is expected to commence mid January to mid February 2019.
